Cancellation Policy

At Flow & Flourish, appointments are carefully reserved to allow dedicated time for each client. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours before your appointment will allow your deposit to be refunded or transferred to a new booking date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice may result in the full treatment balance being charged to the card provided at booking.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered at our discretion, and we aim to be as understanding and accommodating as possible where appropriate.
